Jonathan Curry initially began reporting for Tax Notes Today Federal in 2016, first as a presidential campaign reporter and later as the lead reporter covering the Trump White House’s tax reform efforts. Currently, his efforts are primarily focused on the Biden administration’s tax policy priorities and tax developments for high-net-worth individuals. He also writes the weekly Business of Tax column, highlighting the latest developments in tax practice.

Prior to joining Tax Analysts, he worked as an associate for Stateside Associates tracking tax developments in state legislatures and interned in both congressional and state-level offices.
