Goldberg, Fred T., Jr.

Fred T. Goldberg Jr. was appointed by President George H.W. Bush to serve as IRS commissioner from 1989 to 1991 and Treasury assistant secretary for tax policy in 1992. And he was appointed by President Reagan to serve as IRS chief counsel from 1984 to 1986. He is currently of counsel in the Washington office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
