Andrea Muse is a legal reporter for Tax Notes Today State. Before joining Tax Notes, Muse spent 11 years with the Virginia Department of Taxation’s Office of Tax Policy, where she drafted and reviewed regulations and guidance documents and analyzed pending tax legislation. Muse has a law degree from the William and Mary School of Law and an Executive LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center.
