Jéanne Rauch-Zender is the editor-in-chief of Tax Notes International. She joined the staff of Tax Analysts in 2014. Before that, she was a manager in the Washington office of PwC. She is a member of the Ohio Bar and is a also current member of the Paul J. Hartman State and Local Tax Forum Advisory Board.
