Andrew W. Swain is an assistant professor of business law and ethics at the Indiana University Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics in South Bend, Indiana. Before joining the faculty there, Swain was an adjunct professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and the Kelley School of Business. For 12 years, Swain was the chief counsel of the Office of the Indiana Attorney General’s Revenue Division, where he oversaw all tax litigation for the state.
