Vodafone Americas Files Brief Responding to the MTC's Arguments in Tennessee Alternative Apportionment Case

Vodafone Americas has filed a brief with the Tennessee Supreme Court in an alternative apportionment dispute, responding to an amicus curiae brief filed by the Multistate Tax Commission and saying the MTC's position conflicts with its own actions outside of the case and with current legislative efforts in the Tennessee General Assembly.
