NOTICE OF APPEAL

Notice is hereby given that South Carolina Retirement Systems Group Trust, Lead Plaintiff in this case, on behalf of itself and all others similarly situated, appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from the Judgment entered by the Clerk of the Court dated July 26, 2018 in favor of the defendants (ECF No. 107). This Notice encompasses the Judgment, as well as all other rulings related to or merged into the Judgment, including the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order dated July 25, 2018 (ECF No. 106) that granted defendants' motion to dismiss the Second Amended Consolidated Class Action Complaint (ECF No. 86). This appeal is taken from each and every adverse aspect of the entirety of the Judgment and the Memorandum Opinion and Order described herein.
