U.S. Energy Information Administration: 6 States Strongly Affected by Decline in Severance Tax Revenue

The U.S. Energy Information Administration has announced that lower fuel prices have led to lower severance tax revenues than were originally estimated in several states; Alaska, Texas, North Dakota, Wyoming, Oklahoma, and West Virginia are most strongly affected by the revenue decline.
