Pennsylvania DOR Issues April-May 2020 Tax Newsletter

The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue issued its tax newsletter for April and May, highlighting various forms of tax relief implemented in response to COVID-19, including the extension to July 15, 2020, of the deadline for filing personal income tax (PIT) returns and making quarterly estimated PIT payments for first- and second-quarter 2020; the extension to August 14, 2020, of the deadline for corporate net income tax returns and payments originally due in April, May, June, or July 2020; and improvements to customer service to help taxpayers affected by the pandemic.
