Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine (R) released his proposed budget for fiscal 2022 and 2023, which would invest more than $1 billion towards accelerating economic growth, including expanding the job creation tax credit to allow smaller businesses to qualify; a $200 million investment in infrastructure projects; and $460 million in grants for small businesses affected by COVID-19 disruptions.
