D.C. Mayor, CFO Release Fiscal 2020 Financial Report

District of Columbia Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) and CFO Jeffrey DeWitt released the comprehensive annual financial report for fiscal 2020, highlighting the District's response to COVID-19, including its use of over $1.9 billion in funds received through the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.

The CFO also testified about the report before the Council of the District of Columbia.
