Geoffrey Petitions U.S. Supreme Court for Review of Corporate Excise Nexus Decision

Geoffrey Inc. has filed a petition for writ of certiorari, asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review a decision in which the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court held that the corporation had a substantial nexus with the state through its trademark licensing activities, therefore making the corporation subject to the corporate excise tax.
