Full Text: Hawaii SB 2912, Act 43, As Signed, Authorizes Revocation Of Contractor's License For Non-Payment Of Excise Tax.

Hawaii HB/SB, Act 43, signed into law by the governor, will allow the contractors' licensing board to revoke a contractor's license if the contractor has failed to pay delinquent general excise taxes or to comply with a conditional payment plan for such taxes.
