Mike Pence (R) announced that the Indiana Economic Development Corporation has offered Clear Software -- a business software provider -- up to $2.5 million in conditional tax credits and up to $100,000 in training grants for its plan to invest $700,000 in new office space and create up to 190 new high-wage jobs.
