The eight-part explanation describes tax provisions and provides the legislative history and budget estimates for the Taxpayer First Act; the Fostering Undergraduate Talent by Unlocking Resources for Education Act; the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020; the Virginia Beach Strong Act; the Families First Coronavirus Response Act; the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act; the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2021 and Other Extensions Act; and the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021.
