Policy Matters Ohio released a report urging state legislators to decouple Ohio's tax code from federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act tax breaks that only benefit the wealthy in an effort to stabilize the state's budget and repair damage from COVID-19 disruptions; the tax breaks will cost the state an estimated $158.2 million in 2020 and an estimated $49.2 million in 2021.
