These cases were scheduled for trial at a special session of the Court in Houston, Texas to begin on June 3, 2019. On May 24, 2019, petitioners filed a notice of concession in which they conceded all remaining issues in these cases. On May 28, 2019, the Court held a conference call with the parties.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the June 3, 2019 special session in Houston, Texas is cancelled. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 29, 2019, either submit stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report stating the then-present status of the case.
