U.S. International Tax Rules Are Anticompetitive, Professor Says

Lowering the corporate rate, transitioning to a territorial tax system, and addressing advantages in the U.S. tax code for foreign-headquartered multinational corporations are important steps “to maintain U.S. prosperity and improve growth prospects for our economy,” Itai Grinberg of Georgetown University said at an October 3 Senate Finance Committee hearing.
