FOOTNOTES

1In appealing the district court’s final judgment, Plaintiff relies on “the general rule that appeal from a final judgment supports review of all earlier interlocutory orders.” See 16A Charles Alan Wright et al., Federal Practice and Procedure § 3949.4, at 100-105 & n.32 (4th ed. 2008). For the avoidance of doubt, plaintiff appeals not only the district court’s final order and opinion but also any prior interlocutory order or opinion, including, in particular, the order issued on February 2, 2016.
