Chief Judge Maurice B. Foley announced today that opinion search is now available in the DAWSON case management system. In addition to being able to search for opinions by case name or docket number, the public may search for opinions by keyword or phrase, by judge, by date range, or by opinion type. “Today's Opinions” will continue to be available on the Tax Court website. Release notes regarding updates to the DAWSON system are available at https://ustaxcourt.gov/release_notes.html.
