         ON COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBT

 

 

[1] Pursuant to the Order of the United States District Court, entered August 28, 2001, in the appeal of this adversary proceeding, it is hereby

[2] ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED

1. The plaintiff's assessed federal income tax liabilities for the years 1982, 1983, 1984, and 1985 are excepted by operation of 11 U.S.C. Sections 507(a)(8)(A)(ii) and 523(a)(1) from any discharge granted to the debtor pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 727; and

2. The plaintiff shall take nothing by way of his complaint.

[3] DONE and ORDERED this 9th day of October, 2001, in Tampa, Florida.
