Announcement 2021-5, page 965. The competent authorities of the United States of America and Japan have entered into an arrangement regarding the implementation of the arbitration process provided for in paragraphs 5, 6, and 7 of Article 25 of the Convention between the Government of Japan and the Government of the United States of America for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income.
