Wyoming Governor Releases COVID-19 Recovery Proposals

SUMMARY BY TAX ANALYSTS

The office of Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon (R) released proposals for helping the state recover from COVID-19 financial disruptions, including $60 million in tax relief for businesses to offset pandemic-related expenses, and allocating federal funds from the CARES Act (P.L. 116-136) and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (P.L. 117-2) to promote tourism, job creation, and public programs.
