Tax Analysts Recognized by Energage With 2021 Top Workplaces USA Award

January 28, 2021

Today, Tax Analysts is proud to announce that it has earned Energage’s 2021 Top Workplaces USA award. This is the inaugural year for Top Workplaces USA, built on Energage’s 14-year history surveying more than 20 million employees across 54 markets for their regional Top Workplaces awards. Winners are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an engagement survey, which is compared against industry benchmarks.

Tax Analysts’ core values include respect for the individual, integrity, and work-life integration. It offers a casual work environment, relaxed dress code, family-friendly policies, and a flexible atmosphere that caters to the needs of working professionals. This culture fosters a spirit of collaboration and innovation that makes Tax Analysts a place where talented individuals come together to produce great work. Employees enjoy competitive salaries, a health-driven wellness program with an increased influence on mental health, and a generous benefits package. At Tax Analysts, employees can pursue a fulfilling career and still have time for other priorities such as family, travel, and giving back to the community.

“Tax Analysts is especially honored to receive recognition as a Top Workplace given the circumstances around the Covid-19 pandemic,” said President and CEO Cara Griffith. “The organization was forced to pivot to an almost entirely remote workforce beginning in March 2020, but we haven’t missed a beat. It has taken some extra effort — lots of additional calls and video meetings, but we have navigated each day together and will continue to do so.”

Tax Analysts has continually been recognized for its tireless advocacy for transparency in tax systems around the world. As part of that work, Tax Analysts recently unveiled Tax Notes Research, its federal tax law library that provides free access to the Internal Revenue Code, regulations, and many other primary source documents. Tax Analysts is also recognized for its Tax Notes portfolio of products; it is the first source of essential daily news, analysis, and commentary for tax professionals whose success depends on being trusted for their expertise.

In addition to comprehensive and impartial coverage of federal, state and local, and international tax news, Tax Notes features commentary and analysis that contributes important voices to the discussion and understanding of tax policy and administration. Tax Notes also offers several research and reference tools, as well as specialized services focusing on exempt organizations, state tax audit guidance, and international tax treaties.
