Tax Analysts Launches Tax Notes Transfer Pricing Center

September 27, 2021

Tax Analysts is proud to introduce a new comprehensive research tool for transfer pricing, Tax Notes Transfer Pricing Center. This innovative new tool is a dedicated resource for transfer pricing news, rules, and guidance, drawing on materials from the OECD, the United States, the United Nations, and government agencies worldwide.

“We at Tax Analysts are so proud of the work that our transfer pricing reporter, Ryan Finley, has been doing on this topic for years,” said President and CEO Cara Griffith. “Tax Notes Transfer Pricing Center is Ryan’s brainchild and the natural evolution of that work. We are excited to share it with the tax community as it bolsters what was already a strong portfolio of international tax news analysis.”

In addition to the latest news and commentary about transfer pricing, Tax Notes Transfer Pricing Center also includes comprehensive and searchable topic indexes for U.S. regulations and OECD guidelines, making it easy to quickly locate the exact documents subscribers need. It includes an OECD-U.S. comparison table to quickly reference related topics along with corresponding authorities. Subscribers will also find links to relevant U.S. statutes, regulations, and administrative guidance, plus official OECD guidance on profit attribution, mutual agreement procedures, country-by-country reporting, and articles of the OECD model tax convention, and major transfer pricing court cases and legislation for the United States and select international countries.

“This new product is the culmination of years of hard work,” said Finley. “The framework was already in place from the research I conducted to report on the transfer pricing beat; the Tax Notes team just decided it makes sense for others to share the fruit of our labor.”

“Ryan and I have been working nonstop on this project for the last few months,” said David Stewart, editor in chief of Tax Notes Today International. “We designed it as a one-stop shop for transfer pricing news, rules, and guidance, and I believe we have exceeded all expectations.”

Subscriptions to Tax Notes Transfer Pricing Center are now available, either as a standalone solution or combined with Tax Notes’ portfolio of international products, including Tax Notes Today International, Tax Notes International, Tax Notes Today Global, and Worldwide Tax Treaties.
