Monte A. Jackel is the Principal of Jackel Tax Law, Silver Spring, Maryland, and is also an adjunct professor of tax law. He previously worked for the Big Four and national law firms, and also as special counsel to the IRS Chief Counsel and in other roles at the Office of Chief Counsel, National Office, and at the Treasury Office of Tax Policy.
