Chuck supervises the editorial department, including the daily news publications Tax Notes Today Federal, Tax Notes Today State, Tax Notes Today International, and Worldwide Tax Treaties; the weekly magazines Tax Notes Federal, Tax Notes State, and Tax Notes International; and the Tax Notes Research platform. He is responsible for guiding the overall editorial direction and is committed to producing the highest-quality products across the Tax Notes publications. Chuck first joined Tax Analysts in 2007 as a congressional reporter and has served as editor in chief of Tax Notes Today Federal and executive editor of the news division. Chuck has an AB in English and American literature and language from Harvard University and an MS in journalism from the Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism.
