The purpose of this Notice is to advise all Chief Counsel employees that John DiCicco has been named Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Tax Division and of the need to modify our correspondence with the Department of Justice accordingly.
In general, the Office of Chief Counsel addresses correspondence to the Department of Justice to the Assistant Attorney General, Tax Division. Thus, as of the date of this notice, correspondence to the Department of Justice should be addressed as follows:
