Tennessee DOR Closes Some Offices Due to COVID-19

The Tennessee Department of Revenue has temporarily closed some offices in response to COVID-19; online and phone assistance remains available.

Offices in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Johnson City are still open for walk-in service.

With health and safety in mind in response to COVID-19, the Tennessee Department of Revenue is not currently receiving walk-in customers at our Jackson, Cookeville, and Shelbyville offices. Walk-in service remains available at our Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Johnson City locations.
