Due to the uncertainty of current events, the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) has postponed the April 2, 2020 public hearing regarding proposed amendments to Regulation 1503, Hospitals and Other Medical Facilities, Institutions and Homes for the Care of Persons and Regulation 1591, Medicines and Medical Devices.
CDTFA will send out information once this event has been rescheduled, and post an updated notice on our Status of Proposed Rules and Regulations webpage.
