Beginning July 10, 2020, the Clerk's Office will accept hand-delivered documents between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Copy requests by non-parties will continue to be fulfilled electronically by email. The Records Department can be reached at (202) 521-4688. Similarly, applications for admission to practice before the Court should continue to be submitted by email to Admissions@ustaxcourt.gov.
