Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014 (P.L. 113-295)

H.R. 5771, the Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014, retroactively extends through 2014 many individual, business, and energy tax provisions that expired at the end of 2013, makes technical corrections to the tax code, and allows disabled individuals to set up section 529 savings accounts.
