                          DEFAULT JUDGMENTS

 

 

[1] Default having been entered against defendants Edward G. Olson and Dorothy Olson and counsel for the plaintiff having requested judgments against the defaulted defendants Edward G. Olson and Dorothy Olson and having filed a proper Declaration and Affidavits all in accordance with Rule 55 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,

[2] Judgment is rendered in favor of the plaintiff, United States of America and against defendant, Edward G. Olson, in the sum of $100,893.01 plus interest thereon pursuant to 26 U.S.C. section 6601 from September 30, 2000, to the date of payment and all future costs; and

[3] Judgment is rendered in favor of the plaintiff, United States of America, and against defendant, Dorothy Olson, in the sum of $100,656.68 plus interest thereon pursuant to 26 U.S.C. section 6601 from September 30, 2000, to the date of payment and all future costs.
