Press Release

Tax Analysts Recognized Again as a Top Workplace Nationally for 2022

February 2, 2022

Tax Analysts announces today that it has been awarded Energage’s 2022 Top Workplaces USA award. This is the second year Energage has awarded Top Workplaces nationally, building on its 15-year history surveying over 20 million employees for its regional Top Workplaces awards. Top Workplaces are chosen based on an engagement survey measuring employee feedback, which is then compared with industry benchmarks.

Respect for the individual, integrity, and work-life integration are the core values that shape Tax Analysts. The organization offers family-friendly policies, a casual work environment, a relaxed dress code, and a flexible atmosphere that continues to meet the evolving needs of working professionals. This culture stimulates collaboration and innovation and makes Tax Analysts a place where talented individuals come together to produce great work. Employees enjoy a health-driven wellness program with an increased emphasis on mental health, a generous benefits package, and competitive salaries. At Tax Analysts, employees still have time for other priorities such as family, travel, and giving back to the community, all while pursuing a fulfilling career.

“We are so honored to be recognized again as a top workplace nationally,” said Tax Analysts President and CEO Cara Griffith. “Our sustained success is a credit to our tremendous employees, and I take great pride in the fact that they continue to deem Tax Analysts a great place to work. I can’t wait to see everyone in person when we get back into the office, whenever that may be, so we can get back to the culture that has made us such a great place to work.”

Tax Analysts is known for its tireless advocacy for transparency in tax systems around the world. As part of that work, the organization offers free access to the Internal Revenue Code, regulations, and many other primary source documents through Tax Notes Research, its federal tax law library. Tax Analysts is also recognized for the Tax Notes portfolio of products — the first source of essential daily news, analysis, and commentary for tax professionals whose success depends on being trusted for their expertise.

In addition to impartial and comprehensive coverage of federal, U.S. state and local, and international tax news, Tax Notes offers commentary and analysis that contributes important voices to the discussion and understanding of tax policy and administration. Tax Notes also offers research and reference tools, as well as services focusing on exempt organizations, state tax audit materials, international tax treaties, and transfer pricing.
