Purpose

(1) This obsoletes IRM 11.3.14, Disclosure of Official Information, Privacy Act General Provisions.

Material Changes

(1) The material relating to Disclosure of Official Information, Privacy Act General Provisions, previously contained in IRM 11.3.14, is incorporated into the new IRM 10.5.6.2, Privacy and Information Protection, Privacy Act, Privacy Act General Provisions, revision dated January 31, 2020.

(2) The material relating to program scope and objectives for Disclosure of Official Information, Privacy Act General Provisions, previously contained in IRM 11.3.14.1, is incorporated into the new IRM 10.5.6.1, Privacy and Information Protection, Privacy Act, Program Scope and Objectives, revision dated January 31, 2020.

Effect on Other Documents

IRM 11.3.14, Disclosure of Official Information, Privacy Act General Provisions, dated May 2, 2018, is obsolete as of the date of this transmittal.
